سياسة الإرجاع واسترداد الأموال — ROUG X

1. نطاق السياسة
تسري هذه السياسة على المشتريات التي تتم من متجر ROUG X هذا على Shopify فقط. متجر ROUG X العام على زد مستقل في حساباته وطلباته وسياساته.

2. الإرجاع بسبب تغيير الرأي
يمكن طلب الإرجاع خلال 14 يومًا تقويميًا من تاريخ استلام الطلب. يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، وغير ملبوس أو مغسول، وبحالته الأصلية، مع جميع البطاقات والأختام ومواد التغليف الأصلية وإثبات الشراء.

3. طلب الإرجاع
للبدء، راسل admin@roug-x.com مع رقم الطلب وسبب الإرجاع، وأرفق صورًا إذا كان المنتج معيبًا أو تالفًا أو غير مطابق للطلب. يرجى انتظار تعليمات الموافقة والإرسال قبل إعادة المنتج.

4. تكاليف الإرجاع
تتحمل ROUG X تكلفة الإرجاع المعقولة عندما يكون المنتج معيبًا أو تالفًا عند الاستلام أو تم إرسال منتج غير صحيح. عند تغيير الرأي، يتحمل العميل تكلفة الإرجاع. سنوضح أي تكلفة أو خصم قابل للتطبيق قبل اعتماد الإرجاع، وبما لا ينتقص من الحقوق النظامية للمستهلك.

5. الفحص واسترداد المبلغ
بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه، سنبلغك بنتيجة الطلب. عند الموافقة، يُعاد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية. قد يحتاج البنك أو مزود الدفع إلى وقت إضافي لإظهار المبلغ في الحساب.

6. المنتجات المعيبة أو غير المطابقة
لا تقيد مهلة تغيير الرأي البالغة 14 يومًا الحقوق النظامية المتعلقة بالمنتجات المعيبة أو غير المطابقة. تتعامل ROUG X مع الإصلاح أو الاستبدال أو استرداد المبلغ وتكاليف الإرجاع وفق القوانين السارية في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

7. الاستثناءات
يُذكر أي استثناء خاص بالإرجاع بوضوح قبل الشراء، ولا يسري أي استثناء إذا كان مخالفًا لحقوق المستهلك الإلزامية.

8. إلغاء الطلب
إذا رغبت في إلغاء الطلب قبل إرساله، تواصل معنا في أسرع وقت. إذا تم إرسال الطلب، تطبق شروط الإرجاع الواردة أعلاه.

Refund and Return Policy — ROUG X

1. Scope
This policy applies only to purchases made through this ROUG X Shopify store. The ROUG X general store on Zid maintains separate accounts, orders, and policies.

2. Change-of-mind returns
You may request a return within 14 calendar days after delivery. The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags, security seals, original packaging, and proof of purchase.

3. Starting a return
Email admin@roug-x.com with your order number and reason for return. Include photographs if the item is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered. Please wait for approval and return instructions before sending the item.

4. Return costs
ROUG X will cover reasonable return costs when an item is defective, arrives damaged, or the wrong item was supplied. For a change-of-mind return, the customer bears the return cost. Any applicable cost or deduction will be disclosed before the return is approved and will not limit mandatory consumer rights.

5. Inspection and refunds
After receiving and inspecting the item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.

6. Defective or non-conforming items
The 14-day change-of-mind period does not limit statutory rights for defective or non-conforming products. ROUG X will provide repair, replacement, refund, and reasonable return costs as required by applicable UAE law.

7. Exceptions
Any product-specific return exception will be clearly disclosed before purchase and will not apply where it conflicts with mandatory consumer rights.

8. Order cancellation
If you wish to cancel before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, the return terms above apply.
