You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for an eligible item that is unused, unworn, complete and in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
يمكن طلب إرجاع المنتج المؤهل خلال 14 يومًا من التسليم بشرط أن يكون غير مستخدم وغير ملبوس وكاملًا وبحالته وتغليفه الأصليين، مع إثبات الشراء.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer bears the approved return-shipping cost and original shipping charges are non-refundable where permitted. Do not send any item before receiving return instructions.
في الإرجاع بسبب تغيير الرأي يتحمل العميل تكلفة شحن الإرجاع المعتمدة، ولا تُرد رسوم الشحن الأصلية حيث يسمح القانون. لا ترسل أي منتج قبل استلام تعليمات الإرجاع.
Defective, damaged, incorrect or not-as-described goods remain subject to mandatory UAE consumer rights. Eligibility and remedy are confirmed after inspection.
